Life Diagnostics manufactures ELISA kits, SPARCL™ kits, purified biomarkers and antibodies for preclinical research and veterinary diagnostics. Our areas of expertise include cardiovascular, acute phase, immunotoxicity and immunology biomarkers in species including mouse, rat, rabbit, cat, dog, pig, cow, monkey and chicken. （2）PEG ELISA试剂盒：竞争法ELISA检测PEG化蛋白(含甲氧基，或不含甲氧基)；夹心法ELISA快速检测甲氧基PEG(mPEG)和mPEG化蛋白；抗PEG IgG和IgM ELISA试剂盒用于检测小鼠、大鼠和猴血清或血浆中PEG抗体的水平。

（3）PEG化蛋白

 

此外，Life Diagnostics还提供PEG包被的微孔板和封闭缓冲液，专门设计用于免疫检测PEG或PEG化抗体。大多数商业化的ELISA试剂盒含有去垢剂如Tween-20(一种含有PEG的去垢剂)会干扰PEG的检测。Life Diagnostics公司提供的封闭缓冲液不含去垢剂和PEG, 可用于稳定包被有PEG或PEG抗体的平板。

 

Life Diagnostics除提供多种心肌标志物ELISA检测试剂盒之外，还生产多种纯化的心肌生物标志物蛋白，包括肌钙蛋白I、肌钙蛋白T、肌钙蛋白复合物、肌红蛋白和脂肪酸结合蛋白等，可提供来自不同物种包括人、小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、兔、狗、猪、牛和猴的蛋白。

MicroResp™ is a unique microplate-based respiration system that enables the user to analyse up to 96 soil, sediment or water samples and test a range of carbon sources and/or replicates in a small compact space.

While some sole C-source tests tend to select for fast-growing bacteria and rely on growth of organisms, MicroResp™ gives more immediate responses to these substrates and reflects activity rather than growth by measuring responses in the first 6 hours. MicroResp™ is currently being used to carry out colorimetric detection or 14C detection measuring CO2 evolved from carbon substrate utilisation in soils. This methodology can be adapted to suit any experimental schedule and microplate reader although calibration is required.

什么是MicroResp™？

MicroResp™是一个独特的基于微孔板的呼吸系统，它使用户能够在一个小且紧凑的空间内分析多达96个土壤、沉积物或水样，

并测试一系列碳源以及进行重复实验。


虽然一些仅针对C-源的测试倾向于选择快速生长的细菌并依赖生物体的生长，但MicroResp™能在前6小时内对这些底物做出更

▍Nanosoftpolymers产品线

● 多糖：是由长链单糖单元通过糖苷键连接而成的高分子碳水化合物，具有良好的生物相容性、无毒性和非免疫原性。

● 抗癌试剂与原料药：提供种类丰富的高品质抗癌试剂与原料药，用于药物研发。

● 脂质：NSP的功能性脂质用于制备脂质体或纳米颗粒，这些脂质体或纳米颗粒可通过脂质头部的官能团进一步进行生物偶联修饰。

● PEI-PEGs：NSP 的 PEI-PEG 聚合物包括 PEG 接枝的支链 PEI和 PEG 偶联的线性PEI，可用于体外和体内将寡核苷酸递送至细胞和组织。

TiterMax®佐剂被用于增强免疫反应。TiterMax®佐剂有着跟弗氏佐剂相同的功效，但具有更安全、更易用的特点，是弗氏佐剂的理想代替产品。

 

TiterMax® adjuvants are used to produce cell mediated and humoral responses in research animals. TiterMax® adjuvants were developed to meet the specific needs of investigators for immunoadjuvants that are at least as effective as Freund's Complete Adjuvant, safer and easier to use. They are an attractive alternative to Freund's Complete Adjuvant for use by researchers in inducing antibody to diverse antigens. The key to the potency of TiterMax® adjuvants lies both in the immunostimulatory activity of their components and in the fact that they form a stable water-in-oil emulsion. TiterMax® adjuvants contain three essential ingredients: Proprietary block copolymers, squalene, a metabolizable oil, and a unique microparticulate stabilizer. Like Freund's Complete Adjuvant, TiterMax® adjuvants can be used with a wide variety of antigens because they can entrap any antigen in a water-in-oil emulsion. TiterMax® adjuvants aid in the antigens effective presentation to the immune system without the toxic effects of Freund's Complete Adjuvant.
